Helpful Me

Today mommy is doing things with yummies in the kitchen.
I wanted to help, so I stood at my gate and yelled for mommy to let me in.
She said "We are going to make din din for grandma's birfday. Do you want to help?"
I said "YETH!!!!!!"

Mommy was doing stuff where I could not reach to help, so I decided to do other things.
I knew she would need bowls and lids and things, so I went to where I see mommy hide those and I got them all out. Now mommy can pick which one she wants without having to look!
Mommy made a noise using her breathing.
That must mean I did good!

Then, I saw my box of capri sun drinks. I know mommy always opens them for me, so I thought it would be good if I took them all out of the box so she could get to them quick.
I told mommy I was helping, but I also kinda wanted to make sure she did not forget where they were.

Mommy was also sometimes opening up a special door that she put dirty things in. So I decided to open that door for her. Mommy made the breathing sound again, and then said "no thank you" and closed that door.
She must be done with it, cause I know she uses it a lot.

Mommy took me out of the kitchen and said she is done for now, but I hope I can help more later. Maybe I can help when she takes clothes out of that white thing in the closet. She always likes it when I carry them around and make piles for her.
