Rain Rain Go Away!!

I want to go outside and play on my playset, but mommy says no.
She had me look outside and said "Look, rain."
Rain?
I guess she means that wet stuff.

When I got really mad the other day, mommy said "OK... go ahead... you won't like it" and she opened the door.
I was happy so I put my foot out to go to my playset.. but it got all wet!!!
And there was water like the bathtub falling from the sky!
I don't mind the bath, but I don't like getting my hair wet.. . and this sure seemed like my hair would get wet.
So I guess mommy was right.
I didn't like it.

It isn't fair!!
I want to go outside!
Why does this rain happen?
Why doesn't mommy fix it??
She got me the playset? Doesn't she WANT me to play on it?
